Confie is seeking a Jr Tech to join our IT Helpdesk, serving as the first point of contact for end users needing technical assistance. You will provide timely, professional support, document issues, and escalate when needed.

You will handle inventory, imaging, device setups, and basic repairs, while coordinating with suppliers for warranty work. You will work with Windows, Office, and support tools like ServiceNow, performing basic ticket handling and end-user training where appropriate.
