ServiceNow Developer is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
The role focuses on strong hands‐on delivery, technical depth, and reliable execution within defined architecture and governance standards
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop ServiceNow configurations and customizations within approved solution architecture
Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer
Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflows, and notifications
Build and support REST and SOAP integrations, including basic IntegrationHub use cases
Configure and enhance ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
Support automation and orchestration scenarios




Convert business requirements into technical solutions
Provide L3 technical support for customizations and integrations
Ensure upgrade-safe development and platform best practices
Prepare technical documentation and support solution demos
Experience & Skills
5–7 years of hands‐on ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience in ITSM implementations
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript
Hands‐on experience with REST and SOAP integrations
Exposure to AngularJS, HTML, and XML
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
