Ford is seeking a Supervisor to lead the development and vehicle integration of EPAS systems for the Medium SUV platform and steering gear engineering for the C-car platform. You will direct multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electronics, and mechatronics to deliver safe, high‑quality steering systems on schedule and within cost targets.
