Responsibilities

- Active participation in the development of its staff, training programs, continuous improvement systems, etc.
- Control of salary increases for the staff in charge.
- Personnel administration in charge (Payroll, Head Count, certifications, shift changes, bonuses)
- Promote a culture of order and cleanliness in the area.
- Maintain first-class discipline standards in conjunction with the personnel under your charge.
- Control of the monthly budget of the area.
- Carry out daily operation planning to comply with the production plan.
- Monitor hour by hour the performance of the production lines in charge.
- Manage the efficiency of production areas, carry out improvement projects and activities to meet efficiency indicators.
- Reduction of overtime in the production department.
