A US-based insurance management firm with operations in Puebla is seeking bilingual Claim Specialists. This position handles insurance claims for residential and commercial properties, structures, and assets, maintaining end-to-end process follow-up from initial intake through final carrier settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned portfolio of insurance cases, maintaining active daily follow-up to drive each step of the process toward settlement.
- Maintain direct written and verbal communication in English with US policyholders, insurance carriers, adjusters, and contractors.
- Schedule and track property and asset inspections with field adjusters and technical experts.
- Evaluate carrier responses and provide status updates to supervisors to facilitate claim resolution.
- Keep digital case files, documentation, and process tracking updated.
Requirements:
- English Level: C1 Advanced (Fluent spoken and written communication).
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Licenciatura deseable).
- Experience:
Background in bilingual environments (Call Center, Customer Service, Collections, Insurance, or US-based work experience).
- Technical Skills: Monday.com and Google Workspace (Desirable), or experience with any CRM and cloud storage manager.
- Strong organizational discipline and proactive follow-up skills.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour versátil lunch break).
- Compensation: $1,000.00 USD net monthly base + performance-based growth opportunities.
Sueldo: $17,000.00 - $19,000.00 al mes
