We have designed a 5-day part-time schedule that gives you the best of both worlds: a solid, reliable weekly paycheck and your mornings and two full weekdays completely free for university, personal projects, family, or rest.

- 5 Free Mornings Every Week: Your weekday shifts don't start until 4:30 PM—no early-morning rush hour Monday through Friday!

Your Schedule & Compensation (Option A):

- Weekly Pay: $3,200 MXN per week (paid punctually every week)
- Weekdays (3 days/week): Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM (with 2 assigned days off between Monday and Friday)
- Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

- Assist US-based clients with legal intake inquiries, account follow-ups, and retention support.
- Deliver empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented communication on every call.
- Accurately document case details and client updates in our system.

What We Are Looking For:

- Advanced/Fluent English (C1/C2) — strong spoken and listening fluency is essential.
- Previous call center, customer service, sales, or client intake experience.
- Reliable commute to the Reforma / Tabacalera area.
