We are looking for an Analista de Reembolsos y Auditoría de Ventas to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our global refund processes while delivering an exceptional experience to our travel agency partners. This opportunity is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional who enjoys solving complex cases, working in a dynamic international environment, and collaborating with teams across different markets. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely analysis, validation, and processing of airline ticket refund requests submitted by travel agencies worldwide, ensuring compliance with fare rules, commercial policies, and Aeromexico's internal procedures. You will also provide specialized support by managing inquiries from travel agencies—primarily across the United States and Brazil—reviewing ticket documentation, validating refund eligibility, calculating refund amounts, and ensuring all cases are resolved within established service level agreements. Educational requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience




• Mandatory knowledge of Sabre or any other General Distribution System (GDS).
• Portuguese proficiency is desirable.
• Experience processing and analyzing airline ticket refund requests.
• Experience validating tickets, coupons, ticket history, and supporting documentation.
• Knowledge of fare rules and refund eligibility analysis.
• Experience calculating refund amounts according to applicable regulations and company policies.
• Experience managing customer or travel agency requests through email.
• Experience managing cases through successful resolution while meeting established turnaround times. Skills to succeed
