NewTop is a leading manufacturer of paper cup, bowl and food-box forming machinery with 20+ years of experience, headquartered in Wenzhou, China. We export to 30+ countries across Latin America, the Middle East, Russia and Southeast Asia — and we are looking for an International Sales Manager to grow our overseas business.

About the role

You will own the full go-to-market journey in your target markets: building distribution channels, managing key accounts and trade shows, and coordinating with headquarters in China. Direct reporting line to HQ — no middle layers.

What you will do

● Develop and execute market entry strategies for assigned overseas markets

● Build and manage local distributor / dealer networks; drive channel sales growth





● Present and sell paper packaging machinery solutions to food-service and disposable tableware manufacturers

● Represent NewTop at international trade shows and industry events

● Coordinate after-sales, logistics and technical support with HQ teams

What we are looking for

● 3+ years of international B2B sales experience (machinery or industrial equipment preferred)

● Fluent English and working-level proficiency in at least one target market language

● Proven track record of building distribution channels from zero to one

● Willingness to travel internationally and be based in target markets

● Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
