Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote US digital agency with 30-40 employees delivering websites, SEO, paid media and branding. As Head of Finance you own finance end to end, plus the people operations that go with it, reporting straight to ownership as the senior finance person. You run it on your own.
You will maintain clean books, monthly closes, FP&A; and onboarding for a remote team across several countries, with substantial overlap with US business hours.
