Description

The Collections Analyst is responsible for managing a large portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables, and achieving past-due and cash collection targets. This role works closely with internal partners and customers to resolve issues, improve processes, and support overall receivables performance.

Responsibilities

- Maintain regular and proactive communication with customers regarding past-due invoices, payment behavior, dispute resolution, and any issues related to overdue receivables.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple business sites to resolve customer disputes, provide supporting documentation (invoice copies, proof of delivery, etc.), and address contract or purchase order discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly cash receipt forecasts and perform ad‑hoc analyses to support business decisions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal teams and external clients while promoting positive business relationships.
- Support and participate in the continuous development of credit and collections competencies to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications





YOU MUST HAVE

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit, collections, cash application, or accounting.
- English proficiency at 85% or higher (spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred
