Are you an experienced bilingual customer service professional with a passion for sales and customer retention?

We're looking for talented professionals to join a growing customer experience operation.

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years of call center experience.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) – spoken and written.
- Strong inbound customer service experience.
- Proven sales, upselling and cross-selling skills.
- Hands-on experience with live chat support.
- Customer retention and objection-handling experience.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Gross monthly salary: MXN 15,033.
- Performance bonus: MXN 3,758/month.
- Weekly meal vouchers: MXN 750.

Work Requirements:

- 100% onsite – Mexico City.
- Monday to Saturday schedule, with two days off per week.
- Shift availability starting at 6:00 AM.
- Candidates must live within approximately 60–80 minutes of the office.
