About Illufy

Illufy is a Mexican EdTech startup in its pre-seed stage, aiming to completely transform the way people learn in the age of artificial intelligence. Our goal is to have a real, large-scale impact — becoming the tool that enables millions to keep learning in a completely new and inspiring way. About this collaboration

This collaboration with Illufy is an opportunity to make sure our educational content is accurate, clear, and pedagogically sound. You'll edit educational content in English, both texts and multimedia materials, correcting grammar, spelling, consistency, and formatting errors, and checking that the content is pedagogically appropriate for each level. This is a fixed-term, independent collaboration (honorarios), with the potential to grow into a broader, long-term collaboration with Illufy — and to be part of our mission as we expand.

Requirements

- English level C1 or higher (C2 or native-level preferred), shown through a certificate or your academic or professional background.
- Experience editing or reviewing educational and multimedia content in English. A degree in English Teaching, English Literature,



Pedagogy, Linguistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Able to work independently and remotely.
- Registered with the SAT and able to issue invoices (CFDI).

How we collaborate

- Fixed-term, independent collaboration (honorarios), remote.
- Initial in-person training in the Polanco area, Mexico City.
- After the training, in-person sessions at most once every two weeks.
- Duration: initial 3-month term, with the possibility of extension.
- Deliverable-based work, with daily deliverables.

Fees (honorarios)

- Fees are based on the agreed workload, your qualifications, and the quality of your deliverables. The expected workload is 16 to 20 hours per week at most. The range is MXN 8,000 to 12,000 gross per month, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
