Each day
- Answer the client inbox and phone line
- Tell owners which documents are still missing for the month
- Schedule calls between our accountants and owners
- Route questions about the numbers to the right accountant
- Keep each client's request log up to date
To be considered
- Some experience in customer service, a call center or an office role (internships count)
- Clear written and spoken English
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
A plus
- Work in an accounting or bookkeeping office
- A help desk or CRM tool
