Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and support data centralization across multiple in-house systems.

The role will focus on developing and maintaining data pipelines using Databricks on AWS, leveraging the Lakehouse Medallion Architecture to organize, transform, and optimize data across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers.

The adecuado candidate should have hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, AWS S3, and Delta Lake, along with a solid understanding of data modeling concepts, data relationships, and data quality validation.

Experience with Amazon Connect, Contact Lens, Amazon Bedrock, EPS, or CRM platforms used for enrollment and case management will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks on AWS.
- Implement data transformations following the Lakehouse Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers).
- Support data centralization and integration across multiple internal systems.
- Work with PySpark, Delta Lake, and Amazon S3 to process and manage data.
- Understand and interpret Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)



and apply fundamental data modeling concepts.
- Ensure proper data grain, join cardinality, and data consistency across datasets.
- Perform unit testing and validate data transformations and pipelines after development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration and business requirements.

Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks on AWS.
- Strong experience with PySpark and SQL.
- Experience working with Amazon S3 and Delta Lake.
- Understanding of Lakehouse and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold).
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts, including ERDs, data grain, and join cardinality.
- Experience performing unit testing and data validation.
- Advanced conversational English.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Amazon Connect, Contact Lens, or Amazon Bedrock.
- Familiarity with EPS or CRM platforms used for enrollment and case management.
- Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
