Data Scientist (Spark) at BairesDev In this role, you will use data science to solve business problems on datasets too large for a single machine. You will move from exploration to models that create impact.
What You'll Do
- Explore and analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and opportunities.
- Build predictive models and validate them with sound statistical methods.
- Engineer features from raw data using distributed processing.
- Translate findings into clear recommendations for business audiences.
- Collaborate with engineers to deploy and monitor models in production.
- Document experiments and results so work can be reproduced.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in data science.
- Proven expertise developing analytical and machine learning models in Python.
- Hands-on experience processing large datasets with Apache Spark.
- Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
