Traffic and Logistic Coordinator Position Summary The Traffic and Logistic Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing domestic and international logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of materials and products. This role focuses on transportation management, import and export compliance, logistics cost control, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable customs and trade regulations.
• Manage domestic, U.
S., and overseas transportation activities, including carrier selection, shipment tracking, and delivery performance.
• Monitor logistics budgets and transportation expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Analyze logistics data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Develop and implement logistics cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Resolve transportation and logistics issues, minimizing disruptions to the supply chain.
• Prepare logistics reports, KPI tracking,



and cost analysis to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and international trade requirements.
• Support continuous improvement projects related to logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain processes. Qualifications Education
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience managing import and export activities.
• Experience coordinating domestic, U.
S., and international transportation. Knowledge and Skills
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of transportation management and freight operations.
• Experience with logistics cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis.
