Role Description The Director escolar at Instituto Jean Piaget Tultepec is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Tultepec, MEX. This position is responsible for overseeing daily academic and administrative operations, ensuring that educational programs meet institutional standards and regulatory requirements. The Director escolar leads and supports teaching and administrative staff, coordinates curriculum implementation, and promotes a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Daily tasks include supervising classroom performance, managing schedules, overseeing student enrollment and records, and maintaining effective communication with families and the broader school community. The role also involves budget oversight, resource allocation, participation in strategic planning, and continuous improvement of school policies and procedures. Qualifications
• Living in Tultepec or sourroundings.
• Demonstrated experience in school leadership or educational administration, ideally as a director, principal, or similar role.
• Strong skills in team management, staff supervision, and conflict resolution within an academic setting.




• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate academic programs and curricula aligned with educational standards.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and school operations.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with students, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant educational regulations, compliance requirements, and child safeguarding practices.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, respectful, and learner-centered school culture that supports diverse needs.
• Comfort with using digital tools and school management systems for reporting, documentation, and coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in school leadership are an advantage.
• Prior experience working in Mexican educational institutions or familiarity with local educational frameworks is preferred.
