MISSION.

As an Engineering Change Analyst, you will play an important role in coordinating engineering changes and ensuring the accuracy of manufacturing master data across ERP systems.

You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Production teams to ensure engineering changes are properly reviewed, documented, and implemented.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an emerging engineering professional to develop expertise in SAP, Engineering Change Management, and manufacturing processes while contributing to production continuity and operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

- Review and validate Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and Engineering Change Notices (ECN), ensuring completeness and accuracy before implementation.
- Coordinate engineering change implementation activities across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Quality.
- Maintain and update manufacturing routings, production versions, and master data within SAP, ensuring alignment with approved engineering changes.
- Review Bills of Material (BOMs) and verify consistency between engineering documentation, ERP records, and manufacturing requirements.
- Manage MDT workflows,



ensuring all required approvals and supporting documentation are completed according to established procedures.
- Monitor component lifecycle status, including obsolescence and End-of-Life (EOL) notifications, coordinating necessary actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Track engineering change implementation progress and support timely execution to prevent production disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and KPIs related to engineering change management and manufacturing master data accuracy.

YOUR PROFILE.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Professional Experience

- At least 1 year of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, Engineering Change Management, BOM Management, or Manufacturing Routing Maintenance.
- Experience coordinating activities and information across different departments is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge:
- SAP ERP systems and manufacturing master data.
- Engineering Change Management processes (ECR, ECO, and ECN).
- Bill of Materials (BOM) structure and maintenance.
- Manufacturing routings and production versions.
- Cross-functional coordination and documentation management.

Languages: Advanced English proficiency.
