- Maintain technical documentation, mapping specifications, and integration support procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting ANSI X12 EDI integrations, including 800-series and 900-series transactions.
- Practical experience with EDI mapping, data transformation, trading partner configurations, and integration workflows.
- Experience with at least one enterprise integration or middleware platform, such as Jitterbit, IBM Sterling, MuleSoft, Boomi, Cleo, or Babelway.
- Experience developing or consuming REST APIs, including JSON/XML payloads and authentication mechanisms.
- Strong SQL skills, including queries, joins,

stored procedures, and data transformations.
- Experience troubleshooting EDI transactions and integration failures in production environments.
- Knowledge of secure communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, or FTPS.
- Experience working with technical specifications, integration documentation, and trading partner implementation guides.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced English communication skills for collaboration with U.S.-based teams.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Jitterbit.
- Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, File Gateway, or similar B2B integration solutions.
- Experience in healthcare distribution, medical supplies, supply chain, or GPO contracting.
- Experience integrating EDI workflows with ERP systems such as SAP or other enterprise platforms.

- Opportunity to work on enterprise-level EDI and API integration projects.
- Collaboration with experienced engineering and business teams in the United States.
