- REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk roles
- Proven experience providing remote technical support to end users
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, licensing)
- Solid experience with Active Directory (user and group management, password resets, permissions, GPOs)




- Troubleshooting of Windows OS, hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Experience working with ticketing systems and meeting SLAs
- Advanced English level (written and spoken)
- Strong customer service and communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID and Intune
- Knowledge of macOS support
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, or similar
- Experience with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop)
