Help bring a new testing facility to life.

Multi-Wing is looking for a Laboratory Manager to support the development of our Wind Tunnel IV laboratory in Monterrey. You’ll work closely with our Global Manager to help establish the facility, from identifying suppliers and selecting local operators to ensuring construction meets project specifications.

Once the laboratory is up and running, you’ll lead its day-to-day operation, helping maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organised environment where testing is carried out in line with global procedures and quality standards.

In this role, you will:

- Support the Integral Manager with the development of the Wind Tunnel IV laboratory.
- Help ensure construction work meets project specifications.
- Select local laboratory operators and support the team.




- Follow global testing and laboratory-maintenance procedures.
- Manage and maintain laboratory data and records.
- Promote safety throughout the laboratory.

We’re looking for someone with:

- A degree in Engineering.
- 5–6 years of experience in systems engineering and measurement-system development.
- SolidWorks and Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- A responsible, detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- A proactive, approachable leadership style, with the ability to adapt and prioritise effectively.
