Job Summary The Bilingual Lead Conversion Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective patients through phone calls and online chats, understanding their dental care needs, collecting their contact information, and converting leads into scheduled appointments. The idóneo candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective patients in the United States who submit inquiries through Smile Loft Dental's lead generation and marketing campaigns.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and online chats in both English and Spanish.
- Engage with prospective patients, understand their dental care requirements, answer basic service-related questions, and encourage them to schedule appointments.
- Convert interested leads into scheduled dental appointments by effectively communicating Smile Loft Dental's services and value.
- Collect and accurately document patient information, including full name, phone number, email address, preferred dental office location, and appointment preferences.
- Follow up with prospective patients who have not yet scheduled appointments to improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, chats, patient inquiries, follow-ups,



and appointment bookings in the designated CRM or dental software.
- Ensure a professional, friendly, and positive experience for every prospective patient.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and lead management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Fluency in speaking and writing both languages is mandatory.
- Previous experience in lead conversion, appointment setting, telecalling, patient coordination, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with US-based patients.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and chat conversations efficiently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

- Number of leads contacted and successfully engaged.
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
- Number of appointments successfully scheduled.
- Follow-up completion and lead response time.
- Quality of patient interactions and accuracy of information collected.
