We're looking for a Bilingual Leasing Agent (English/Spanish) to support a growing real estate company. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and building positive tenant relationships, this could be the right opportunity for you.

You'll guide prospective tenants through the leasing process, coordinate with brokers, manage applications and lease documentation, and help ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to move-in.

What You'll Do

- Support Prospective Tenants: Respond to inquiries from tenants and brokers via phone, email, and chat, guiding applicants through the leasing process.
- Manage Applications: Collect applicant information, review applications, and coordinate background checks as part of tenant screening.
- Prepare Lease Agreements: Send lease agreements to approved applicants and assist with the move-in process.
- Maintain Tenant Records: Set up new tenants in the property management system and keep applications, communications, and lease documents organized.
- Support Rent Collections: Monitor payments and follow up with tenants regarding outstanding rent when needed.




- Deliver Excellent Service: Address questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and timely communication.

What You'll Bring

- Fluent English and Spanish skills are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, leasing, real estate, or property management support is preferred.
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple inquiries, tenant follow-ups, and payment reminders.
- A proactive, professional, and empathetic approach to working with tenants and brokers.
