Development and implement SAP technical solutions aligned with business requirements* Lead ABAP development (RICEFW objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)* Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards* Manage system integrations (IDOCs, APIs, RFCs, OData, middleware)* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams* Collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical designs* Oversee transport management and deployment activities* Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely defect resolution* Optimize performance using HANA best practices (CDS, AMDP)* Ensure compliance with security, governance, and documentation standards Your Profile* Strong expertise in ABAP, S/4 HANA, and SAP integrations
