Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and continuously improve the Nitinol Value Stream, with a strong focus on maintenance and equipment reliability.
- Support the Engineering Manager in driving maintenance initiatives and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide engineering support for maintenance-related projects and initiatives.
- Promote and drive change to support the growth and development of the Maintenance department.
- Lead continuous improvement activities and support plant safety initiatives within the Value Stream.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions to equipment failures and process design issues.
- Lead and/or participate in the implementation of new equipment and processes, including personnel training and the development and updating of process documentation.
- Coordinate and participate in problem-solving activities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects focused on maintenance.
