Role : Windows Server Admin with MDM

Location: Mexico (Remote)

Duration: Long Term Contract

? Key Responsibilities

- MDM / UEM Administration
- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment across Intune and/or Workspace ONE UEM (Omnissa); enforce conditional access and workflow automation.
- PowerShell Automation
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, application deployment, and Windows settings configuration; VBS, CMD, or Python may also be leveraged.
- Windows Infrastructure Management
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP; maintain Windows 10+ and Windows Server environments and troubleshoot OS-level issues.
- Identity & Access / Certificate Management
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Intune App Protection Policies, PKI infrastructure, SCEP/PKCS connectors, and certificate-based authentication for Wi-Fi and VPN profiles.
- Multi-Platform Device Management
- Support iOS, iPadOS, Android, and macOS devices using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE); apply Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) controls as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication & Requirements Analysis
- Analyze new IT requests, create functional and technical specifications, and maintain regular communication with project managers and stakeholders across on-site and remote locations.
- Troubleshooting & End-User Support
- Independently prioritize and resolve issues related to enrollment, app deployment, email configuration, and endpoint agents to deliver a high-quality end-user experience.

- MDM / UEM Platforms: Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE UEM (Omnissa) — device compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment, conditional launch, workflow automation
- Identity & Access Management: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Intune App Protection Policies, Okta (preferred)
- PKI / Certificate Management: PKI, SCEP, PKCS connectors, certificate-based authentication, Wi-Fi profile deployment, VPN profile deployment
- Multi-OS Device Management: iOS, iPadOS, Android, macOS; Apple Business Manager (ABM); Automated Device Enrollment (ADE); Mobile Threat Defense (MTD)
- Virtualization / Deployment Tools (Preferred): Citrix DaaS, VMware Horizon, MDT, WDS, WSUS, SCCM
- Other Tools (Preferred): SQL (basic), ITIL process concepts

Soft Skills

- Strong independent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Clear written and verbal communication with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
- Thorough documentation practices for configurations, specifications, and change records

? Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and MDM/UEM platform management
- Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), Azure AD / Entra ID, or equivalent Intune/Workspace ONE credentials
