Key Responsibilities Serial Life Quality Ownership - Own and coordinate Serial Life Quality execution for VEHE, spanning VSSQ, VIMN, and VCDY.
- Serve as the main VEHE focal point for serial life quality topics and priorities.

Tower & RACE (VEHE Lead) - Act as the primary VEHE contact for the Quality Control Tower.
- Lead VEHE engagement in the RACE process, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up. Cross-Functional Issue Resolution - Lead cross-functional teams to improve speed and robustness of issue resolution.
- Drive structured problem-solving and read-across across plants and programs. Plant & Supplier Quality Interface - Coordinate with Manufacturing Plants to support serial life reactivity.
- Partner with Supplier Quality to ensure containment and corrective actions. Governance, Reporting & GAS Management - Own and maintain the GAS list.
- Prepare plant-level and vehicle-level summaries for executive reviews.
