Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced engineer to design and implement enterprise observability capabilities, support GCO-related development and operations, build GenAI-enabled automation, and contribute to modern Node.js and Angular application development. The role combines hands-on telemetry engineering, platform operations, troubleshooting, and full stack delivery in cloud-native environments.

Required Technical Skill Set

Mandatory: Python, Grafana, Prometheus, GCO

Primary: Java, Python, Node.js, React.js, Angular, Grafana, GCO, OpenTelemetry, OpenShift, Linux

Secondary: .NET, JavaScript, MongoDB, Kafka, Messaging Queue Providers

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, implement and maintain OpenTelemetry instrumentation across applications and services.

Build and support dashboards, metrics, alerts and monitoring views using Grafana and Prometheus.

Contribute to GCO-related development, integrations, troubleshooting and day-to-day operations.

Develop telemetry pipelines covering logs, metrics and distributed traces.

Develop and support applications and services using Python, Node.js, Java and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Build and maintain Angular or React-based user interfaces and integrate them with back-end APIs.

Develop GenAI solutions and automation for operational and engineering use cases.

Deploy and support applications in OpenShift and Linux environments.

Integrate applications with MongoDB, Kafka and messaging queue providers where required.

Perform production troubleshooting,



root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Apply secure coding, scalability, resilience, observability and maintainability practices.

Collaborate with application, platform, DevOps, infrastructure and business stakeholders.

Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and implementation standards.

Identify opportunities for platform improvement, automation and operational efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Strong hands-on development experience in Python.

Practical experience with Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring, dashboards and alerting.

Experience implementing or integrating OpenTelemetry in distributed applications.

Hands-on exposure to GCO-related development or operations.

Experience developing applications or APIs using Node.js, Java or Python.

Working knowledge of Angular or React.js application development.

Experience working with Linux and container platforms such as OpenShift.

Strong debugging, analytical and production troubleshooting capabilities.

Good communication, documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

.NET and JavaScript development experience.

MongoDB or other NoSQL database experience.

Kafka and event-driven application design.

Experience with enterprise messaging queue providers.

GenAI application integration and automation use cases.

Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps and cloud-native engineering practices.

Understanding of microservices, distributed systems and site reliability practices
