Are you someone who enjoys helping patients, staying organized, and making a real difference behind the scenes in healthcare? We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support patient care operations and ensure a seamless experience throughout the treatment process.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be at the center of patient communication, appointment coordination, medical documentation management, and collaboration with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring patients receive the care and support they need every step of the way.
We're looking for professionals with:
1-3 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical office support, or patient coordination
Experience managing appointments, patient follow-ups, and medical documentation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Epic is a plus)
A patient-first mindset and exceptional attention to detail
Medical scheduling and care coordination
Medical records management
Personal Injury (PI) or Third-Party Liability (TPL)
Working with case managers, attorneys, or healthcare providers
Medical billing documentation
