Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery.
Manage inventory levels across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers or internal warehouse teams for order picking, packing, and shipping.
Select and manage shipping carriers, negotiating rates and ensuring efficient delivery times.
Monitor shipping performance and address any delays or issues promptly.
Process returns and manage customer feedback related to order fulfillment and delivery.
Analyze e-commerce logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and e-commerce platform requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
Implement and utilize technology solutions to enhance e-commerce operations efficiency.
