About the Role
Our client, a multinational technology corporation, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager to spearhead Global Remote Initiatives . This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex, global projects, with a strong emphasis on remote team collaboration and enablement. You will be responsible for defining project roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams across different time zones, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategies that enhance our remote work capabilities. Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key global remote initiatives from inception to completion.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and milestones.

Manage cross-functional teams distributed across various geographic locations, fostering a collaborative and high-performing remote work environment.





Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing potential challenges.

Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including executive leadership, team members, and external partners.

Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Implement and refine best practices for remote project management and team collaboration.

Prepare and present detailed project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management.

Ensure proper project documentation, closure, and the capture of lessons learned.

Drive continuous improvement in remote work processes and tools.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing large-scale, global, and complex initiatives.

Demonstrated success in managing and leading remote, geographically dispersed teams.
