Procure to Pay Analyst

Queretaro, Mexico.

This role will focus on the America’s region geographies invoice processing, while collaborating across various teams.

Work you’ll do /Responsibilities

- Review and process invoices for completeness, accuracy, and required approval.
- Match invoices to purchase orders, receiving documents, and other supporting records, as applicable.
- Validate invoice coding, cost centers, and tax treatment in accordance with established procedures.
- Research and escalate invoice variances, duplicates, and exceptions for resolution.
- Communicate with business teams to resolve payment, documentation, and invoice-related issues.
- Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through ServiceNow.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Create, update, and maintain process documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate, timely, and complete deliverables.
- Coordinate with participating countries, geographies, member firms, GFS business areas, and other support
- organizations to support end-to-end processing.
- Identify and communicate data gaps and process issues, and support efforts to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

Required

- Completion of course of study/Egresado in any pertinent field or industry.
- Advanced English level.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable, finance operations, shared services, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to organize and analyze data, apply business context, and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving, analytic, communication, and writing skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely with colleagues across various roles and areas of the organization.
- Adaptable and organized, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly, manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate with stakeholders to support initiatives through completion.
- Ability to build productive working relationships with team members,



business process teams, and other stakeholders.
- Comfort working across cultures and countries, with an awareness of different communication and engagement styles.
- Ability to set and achieve individual goals while contributing to team and organizational objectives.
- Highly motivated, organized, and committed to delivering accurate and timely work.
- Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the Queretaro Office.
