About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Trabajador Social Senior de Casos to join their established team in Puebla, Puebla . Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of individuals and families, providing intensive case management services.

Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, strengths, and challenges.

Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients.

Connect clients with appropriate community resources, including housing, employment, healthcare, and education services.

Provide ongoing support, advocacy, and crisis intervention as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in direct case management or social services.

Strong knowledge of social services, community resources, and referral pathways in Puebla .

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client populations.

Excellent assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills.

Proficiency in case management software and electronic record-keeping.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits within the service area.
