JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator

LOCATION: Mexico City, Mexico

SUMMARY:





The Project Coordinator is a key support partner to the Operations Program Manager. This role coordinates and executes operational projects and strategic initiatives, and supports day-to-day operational needs and client service delivery in the region. The coordinator helps keep projects on track, maintains SOPs, workflow documentation, and process guides, and reinforces operational best practices.

Working closely with leadership and operational teams, the coordinator ensures personnel have the documentation, tools, and resources needed to perform effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 security operations environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications to support operational objectives and client needs in the region.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs, workflow documentation, operational playbooks, and process guides.
- Ensure documentation remains current and reflects operational changes, technology enhancements, new processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support case management procedures, escalation protocols, reporting requirements,



client communication standards, dispatch procedures, and operational systems through clear, accessible documentation.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and operational issues while maintaining accurate status reports and action trackers.
- Support Operations leadership with presentations, executive summaries, operational assessments, project documentation, and risk reports.
- Identify process gaps, performance trends, and opportunities to improve operational readiness and service delivery.
- Reinforce operational standards, accountability, quality expectations, and process compliance across teams.
- Ensure operational initiatives remain on track through proactive follow-up, coordination, and communication across departments.
- Facilitate meetings, document action items, communicate decisions, and ensure completion of assigned tasks and project deliverables.
