SAP S/4HANA Transition Project Manager

Location: Mexico (Hybrid/Remote)

Experience: 7-10 Years

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transition Manager to lead end-to-end SAP transformation initiatives, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations, greenfield implementations, and business process transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP program management expertise, stakeholder leadership skills, and hands-on experience driving complex SAP transitions across multiple business functions.

This role will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, SAP functional consultants, and external partners to ensure successful planning, execution, deployment, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7 years of Project or Program Management experience, including SAP transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP program governance, PMO methodologies, and project controls.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage executive leadership.
- Experience leading general or enterprise-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.




- Experience managing distributed teams, system integrators, and external vendors.

- Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Goods, or Supply Chain environments
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAP certifications
- Experience with Planisware, Jira, MS Project, or similar project management tools

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Has successfully delivered at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA program.
- Strong PM/PMO leader rather than a purely functional SAP consultant.
- Comfortable presenting project status and risks to C-level executives.
- Experienced managing large, complex transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and global stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption, governance, and organizational change during ERP transformations.
