Key Responsibilities Provide expert remote technical support and diagnostics for advanced manufacturing machinery, including CNC machines, automation systems, and robotics.
Analyze real-time data, sensor outputs, and error logs to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate closely with on-site field service engineers and client technical teams to guide troubleshooting and repair efforts.
Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, best practices, and resolution procedures.
Act as a technical liaison between the client, field service teams, and internal R&D; departments.
Monitor equipment performance remotely, identifying potential failures and recommending proactive maintenance interventions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment by providing detailed feedback on performance and reliability.
Manage and prioritize incoming technical support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.




Stay current with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology, automation, and diagnostic tools.
Communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including engineers, operators, and management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Significant experience (5+ years) in supporting or maintaining complex manufacturing equipment.
Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, automation, and control systems used in manufacturing.
Proficiency in using remote diagnostic software, data analysis tools, and network communication protocols.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial networks is highly desirable.
Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and schematics.
