About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing technology firm focused on enhancing customer communication through AI, is seeking an experienced Especialista en Aprendizaje Automático y Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural to join their Investigación y Desarrollo team. This is an on-site position based in our modern facilities in Puebla, Puebla , offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You will be at the forefront of developing intelligent systems that understand and generate human language, significantly impacting our product offerings. We are looking for a creative problem-solver with a deep passion for NLP and a strong background in machine learning model development. This role requires close collaboration with product managers and software engineers to bring innovative AI solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and deploy advanced NLP models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, text summarization, named entity recognition, and question answering.
Develop and refine machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
Experiment with state-of-the-art NLP techniques, including deep learning architectures (e.g., Transformers, LSTMs, CNNs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and integrate NLP capabilities into user-facing applications.
Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends in NLP and machine learning.




Contribute to the development of internal tools and libraries to accelerate NLP research and development.
Communicate technical findings and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Master's or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in NLP and machine learning.
Strong programming skills in Python, with extensive experience using libraries like NLTK, spa Cy, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, and deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow/Py Torch).
Solid understanding of NLP concepts, algorithms, and evaluation metrics.
Experience with large-scale text data processing and analysis.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
