The Role

Fulcrum Digital is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join one of our top client engagements, a integral leader in payments technology. Based in Mexico City on a hybrid basis, you will lead large, highly complex new product development programs from planning through delivery, working in an Agile environment alongside engineering, architecture, and product teams.

This is a senior, highly visible role. You will present to VP and SVP-level leaders, influence design and technical decisions, and bring stakeholders from across the organization together around a shared vision and clear decisions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large, high-complexity programs, owning planning, scope, and timelines from initiation through launch.

• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and change across multiple workstreams and teams, keeping programs on track and escalating early when needed.





• Drive new product development programs within an Agile delivery environment, working closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams.

• Engage with technical teams on solution design, influencing architecture and technical decisions that support program outcomes.

• Present program status, risks, and recommendations to VP and SVP-level stakeholders, and drive timely decisions.

• Align stakeholders from different parts of the organization around a common vision, set of priorities, and plan.

• Apply your payments domain knowledge to anticipate challenges and shape the delivery approach.

Requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science.

• Proven experience delivering large, high-complexity programs, including planning, scope, timeline, issue, risk, dependency, and change management.

• Technical background as a senior software developer, senior architect, or senior technical program manager.

• Experience leading new product development programs in an Agile environment.

• Strong executive presence, with the ability to present to VP and SVP-level audiences, engage people, and drive decisions.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to influence design and technical decisions and bring stakeholders from different parts of the organization to a common vision.

• Knowledge of and experience in the payments space.
