We're Hiring | Maintenance Manager
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations within the automotive industry in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
This is a key leadership position responsible for the overall performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of multiple technical areas across the plant.
Areas under this position: Plastic Injection Molding Equipment
Assembly Lines & Secondary Equipment
Paint Lines
Paint Booths / Paint Shops
Tool Room & Mold Maintenance
Facilities & Plant Infrastructure
MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations)
The Maintenance Manager will have direct responsibility for these areas and will lead their respective teams, ensuring equipment reliability, operational continuity, preventive and corrective maintenance, cost control, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for: ✔ Proven Maintenance Management experience within the automotive industry




✔ Strong technical background in plastic injection molding
✔ Solid experience with paint lines and paint booths
✔ Experience supporting assembly lines and secondary equipment
✔ Knowledge of mold maintenance and tool room operations
✔ Experience managing facilities and plant infrastructure
✔ Knowledge of MRO management, spare parts and maintenance resources
✔ Strong leadership and team management capabilities
✔ Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
✔ Advanced English proficiency
