You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of deal structures, develop a strong understanding of MSCI's commercial processes, and play an important role in supporting accurate financial reporting. solving problems, spotting inconsistencies, working with contracts and data, and collaborating across teams . As part of the team, you'll help ensure that sales opportunities are accurately reflected in Salesforce and comply with MSCI's Run Rate Policy and applicable revenue recognition principles.

Review sales opportunities from contract to system , comparing contractual terms with Salesforce data such as deal term, fees, products, billing structure, and other key commercial details. between executed contracts and Salesforce records before they impact downstream financial reporting. including the application of ASC 606 principles to commercial arrangements. working closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to clarify contract terms and resolve questions. identifying complex or ambiguous transactions that require additional accounting or policy guidance. Create a strong audit trail by clearly documenting review conclusions, decisions, and supporting rationale. Your skills and experience that will help you excel and an ability to spot inconsistencies across contracts, data, and systems. reading and interpreting commercial contract terms .
