Scheduler Coordinator – Insulation (Remote)

Location: Remote (Must work Chicago/Central Time)

Pay: $8 USD/hour (Around 22,000 - 24,000 mxn according to exchange rate)

Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive Scheduling & Project Coordinator to manage daily scheduling, coordinate insulation crews, and ensure projects run smoothly from scheduling through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate residential insulation projects.
- Communicate with customers, crews, and project managers.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and job updates in Jobber.
- Confirm project readiness, crew availability, and materials.
- Track job progress, delays, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely job completion.

Requirements
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or project coordination.




- U.S. construction or home-services experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Jobber, CRM systems, or scheduling software preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
