About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, and Generative AI to join a team working on enterprise-scale AI solutions for integral clients.

In this role, you'll take ownership of analytical and AI initiatives end to end, from understanding business challenges and exploring data to developing, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring production-ready solutions.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, statistical rigor, and the ability to communicate complex insights to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

You'll work directly with clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business challenges into analytics, Machine Learning, and AI solutions.
- Lead end-to-end data science initiatives, including exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, experimentation, model development, and deployment.
- Build predictive models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, optimization, and recommendation systems.
- Develop GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Design and execute statistical experiments, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
- Evaluate model performance, explainability, reliability, and business impact.




- Deploy and monitor AI/ML applications in production environments.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Software Engineers to scale AI solutions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to business leaders and client stakeholders.
- Mentor other team members and contribute to technical excellence across the team.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning techniques, including classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and recommendation systems.
- Experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with model evaluation, monitoring, experiment tracking, and MLOps practices.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders.

Preferred Technical Experience:

- Google Cloud Platform: Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, Vertex AI Search, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Looker.
- GenAI frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, and Vertex AI Agent Builder.
- AI-assisted development tools: Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar.
