Senior DevOps Engineer | Azure & Kubernetes

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and support a large-scale enterprise platform environment. This role is highly hands-on and focused on platform reliability, Kubernetes/AKS, CI/CD, security compliance, infrastructure readiness, and developer enablement.

What You’ll Do

- Support developer workflows on a day-to-day basis, helping teams troubleshoot pipeline, build, and deployment issues.
- Manage and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments and container orchestration.
- Plan and execute updates to clusters, platform tools, and CI/CD pipelines while minimizing disruption to users.
- Maintain platform compliance with enterprise security standards, tracking findings through remediation and closure.
- Manage Istio, pipeline security tooling, and CI/CD orchestration.
- Ensure infrastructure is production-ready ahead of releases through monitoring, validation, and clear operational runbooks.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, OpenTofu, and ARM Templates.
- Automate operational activities using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, infrastructure teams, and InfoSec.
- Take ownership of solutions from design through production support.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ideally Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Hands-on experience with Istio or similar service mesh technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, including Azure DevOps Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with source control using Git.




- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, OpenTofu, ARM Templates, and/or Ansible Tower.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Understanding of cloud networking and containerized environments.
- Experience integrating or supporting security tools within CI/CD pipelines, such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, Mend, Aqua Security, or GitHub Advanced Security.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Good English communication skills for daily collaboration with a integral team.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure and changing priorities.

Nice to Have

- AZ-104, AZ-400, CKA, or CKAD certifications.
- Experience with workflow engines such as Temporal.
- Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
- Experience with GitOps, particularly Argo CD.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes policy and governance tools such as OPA Gatekeeper.
- Experience with artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory.
- Exposure to security and compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 audits.
