Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets across Mexico's e-commerce channels, including Amazon, Mercado Libre, and TikTok Shop, taking ownership of the sales performance of Xiaomi, REDMI, and POCO products.

2. Develop sales strategies, sales forecasts, and business plans for each e-commerce channel, continuously optimizing product portfolios, pricing strategies, and inventory management.

3. Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, lead commercial negotiations, and secure platform resources, promotional subsidies, traffic support, and favorable business terms.

4. Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable improvement plans.

5. Collaborate closely with local teams in Mexico, Xiaomi headquarters, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive key initiatives across sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations, ensuring business objectives are achieved.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Mexico's e-commerce industry,



with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and solid commercial negotiation skills.

Experience with Amazon, Mercado Libre, or the smartphone industry is preferred.

2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market and sales data into actionable business insights.

3. Fluent English, both written and spoken, as a working language. Spanish and/or Chinese proficiency is a plus.

4. Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the smartphone, consumer electronics, or 3C industry.

- Familiarity with different e-commerce business models, including Amazon 1P/3P and Mercado Libre Retail/Marketplace.

- Proven experience in new product launches, major e-commerce promotional campaigns, and multi-platform sales management.

- Experience in team management or leading cross-functional projects.
