Role: Senior ETL / SSIS Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL / SSIS Developer with strong SQL Server expertise to design, develop, optimize, and support ETL processes and data integration solutions. The adecuado candidate should have hands-on experience with SSIS, advanced SQL programming, SQL Server administration, and exposure to Azure data services and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SSIS packages and ETL workflows.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
- Perform source-to-target data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
- Troubleshoot ETL failures, production issues, and database performance bottlenecks.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, perform RCA, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Manage SQL Server operations, including backups, recovery, SQL Agent jobs, security, and maintenance.
- Support database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.




- Participate in data warehouse and reporting projects.
- Support Azure data integration initiatives using Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022) .
- Expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and ETL development.
- Advanced SQL programming, stored procedures, query tuning, and performance optimization.
- Experience with data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data validation.
- Knowledge of SQL Server DBA activities, including backup/recovery, SQL Agent, security, and monitoring.
- Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Power BI is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
