Key Responsibilities:

- Full-Stack Application Development: Build complete web applications, customer portals, and dashboards, including responsive interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, authentication, and role-based access.

- AI Agents &
- Automation:

Develop AI agents with tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, workflow orchestration, evaluation, and appropriate human approval steps.

- End-to-End Delivery: Own implementation through testing, deployment, monitoring, production troubleshooting, documentation, and user adoption.

- Integration Architecture: Design maintainable architecture and reusable integrations with OAuth, webhooks, queues, retries, duplicate prevention, and failure recovery.

- Cloud Infrastructure &

- Technical Leadership:

Manage cloud infrastructure, Docker, CI/CD, secrets, logging, backups, performance, and operating costs; review code and guide other developers.

- Marketing Applications &

- Analytics:

Build marketing dashboards for campaign performance, lead pipelines, conversion attribution, and operational reporting.

- Marketing Platform Integrations: Integrate Meta Ads, Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRMs, landing pages, calendars, and email/SMS services.

- Conversion Tracking &

- Lead Management:

Implement Meta Pixel and Conversions API, enhanced and offline conversions, lead routing, qualification, deduplication, follow-ups, and booking.

- AI-Assisted Marketing Tools: Create AI-assisted campaign and reporting tools, with approval controls for publishing, campaign changes, and advertising spend.

Requirements

Must-Have

- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with personal ownership of production applications from architecture through deployment.

- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript, React or Next.js, backend development with Node.js,



and practical Python experience.

- Experience designing SQL/PostgreSQL databases, APIs, authentication, multi-tenant access controls, and background jobs.

- Proven delivery of AI agents and third-party integrations, including secure credentials, rate limits, synchronization, and production error handling.

- Hands-on cloud deployment experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and incident resolution.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical plans, estimate work, communicate tradeoffs, lead implementation, and ship independently.

- Practical experience with Meta and Google marketing APIs, tracking, attribution, conversion measurement, and consent-aware data handling.

- Experience integrating platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.

Nice-to-Have

- OpenAI APIs and AI-powered applications.

- Twilio integrations and voice agents.

- Automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.

- Multi-client marketing systems.

- Secure separation of client credentials and data.

System and Work Setup Requirements:

- A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.

- Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher
- Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage

- Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
