Caterpillar is seeking a Component Design Engineer – Large Engine to join our global engineering team in Cienega de Flores, Actual Leon. You will design core engine components such as heads, blocks and housings, collaborating across manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and engineering to deliver robust solutions.
You will apply FMEA, NPIs, and problem-solving techniques while supporting NTI, CPI and NSI programs, mentoring teammates, and driving continuous improvement in product quality and
