Objetive

Operate one or several Sewing Machines under the Quality Standards and Productivity Levels established by the Company.

- Responsibilities and Functions
- Based on the planning specifications and the required material, the Sewing Machine operates under Safety, Efficiency and Quality Standards.
- Adjusts the tensions to the Sewing Machine according to the assigned material and changes the needles.
- Responsible for keeping workstation organized and clean, as well as machine and tools.
- Requests support through his Leader to adjust or address any failure due to the malfunction of the sewing machine.




- Immediately report any unsafe conditions in area to boss.
- Responsible for complying with the production and quality standard according to the different production processes.
- Can fill reports of production control, scrap, quality, etc.
- Educational Level and Special Training Required
