Are you passionate about networking, troubleshooting, and solving technical problems?
We’re looking for a Network Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Apodaca. This is a customer-facing technical role supporting networking and telecommunications solutions,adecuado for someone who enjoys understanding how networks work, investigating issues, and finding solutions.
What we’re looking for:
Around 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Networking, NOC, Telecommunications, or a related environment
Good networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, DHCP and DNS
Basic Linux knowledge
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Professional working English




Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Extreme Networks, Dell, HP, Alcatel or similar technologiesis a plus.
Basic exposure to Python, Bash, Power Shell, automation, Docker or virtual environments is also welcome, butyou don’t need to be an expert.
