Its engineering team ships across a Ruby on Rails back end and React front end.// WHAT YOU'LL DO## Responsibilities.

Design, develop and maintain software that improves Linq's products.

Work with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.

Write clean, efficient, maintainable code to a high quality standard.

Troubleshoot and debug to improve performance and resolve issues.

Take part in code reviews, testing and technical documentation.

Help improve the team's engineering processes and tools.// QUALIFICATIONS## What we're looking for.

English fluency.

Proficiency in Ruby (e.g. Ruby on Rails) or JavaScript/TypeScript (e.g. React, Next.js).

Familiarity with web frameworks such as Rails, React, React Native or Next.js.





Willingness to work across the full stack and learn new technologies as needed.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.

Excellent communication and teamwork.// NICE TO HAVE## Extra credit.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Understanding of testing frameworks and automated testing.
